Still no call back seeing the office manager and leasing agent outside in front of the office smoking a cigarette had to do my business outside telling them I want to sign lease Very unprofessional
Just left the office at 12:30 on July 7, 2021 the door was locked maintenance open the door said they are lunch there was no sign saying they was on lunch he switched it over in front of me I called yesterday July 6 left a voicemail still no response back I’m also waiting on management Terry to get back with me from a month ago when I scheduled an appointment by properly leasing agent they’re so unprofessional how can I Communicate to the management
The management team is so rude and ghetto. Unprofessional. I been in my apartment for 9 years. The water heater keeps leaking water having my carpet wet every 2 to 3 months no my carpet is dirty it smells and it stays wet for like 3 to 4 days so you know mildew and fungus is growing and they will not replace my carpet or clean it A terrible place to stay It’s a family business unprofessionally
If you expect to live in a safe, clean, and respectful neighborhood don't move to Abney Lake. The management, and the company that own this property do not care about their tenants. Over the course of almost 4 years the property has been ran down quick. It's "normal" to see drug deals, find drug paraphernalia, experience loud music at all hours, find trash all over the grounds, and disrespectful neighbors that enjoy harassing others. Terri the manager, and Scott Beals the Operations Manager of this property truly do NOT care about the tenants. All that is cared about is collecting those rent checks. Being harassed on the daily by your neighbors? Too bad! Doing everything you are supposed to do when issues arise? Too bad! When you voice your concerns, you get hung up on. Abney Lake needs new ownership, and management. Do NOT waste your money here.
