I am new to ABNB and so far my only interaction had been with the Moyock branch. The entire staff has been professional and friendly! I personally feel that there is not any bank that can out perform this group of people. Vicky walker and the rest of the folks are the key to what I would call success in today’s banking needs. I would like to thank Vicky Walker for her outstanding communication and patience. I had a complicated issue, all of my own doing, nothing to do with the branch, that she resolved. Vicky processed a loan for an out of town purchase that did not work out. She went above and beyond by quickly helping me resolve the issue when I found a vehicle that I did want to buy. I went to the Moyock NC office to get a HELOC and couldn't be happier with the experience. Ms Walker treated me with courtesy and respect though the whole process. I would recommend ABNB (especially the Moyock branch) to anyone who is interested in a no hassle loan!
