On 31Aug26,I went to your office to conduct a financial transaction concerning a wire transfer. Isabella McVay greeted me with a warm and courteous smile.Ebony Holton assisted with my situation. Any and all questions were answered by both ladies and they proved that I was a person and not just a faceless number. I commend these ladies on their kindness, knowledge and professionalism.

Ebony Memembers Representative was so helpful and so professional we had fraud on our account and by the time we left she had us with new account and we felt like everything was ok. AB&B is a great bank I would definitely recommend this business and The Members Representative Ebony.

This branch should be torn down and something useful be built instead. I've had multiple atm issues where it was either out of order or it wouldn't except legit cash when trying to deposit. The ability to do basic banking inside, like deposit money is unavailable which is very inconvenient. Also, why have mobile check deposit on the app if it takes 10 days to get the money? Even when you've deposited a check from that same place multiple times they still hold it for 10 days. Boooo!
