This branch has a very draining and stuffy environment. Most of the employees I've come across(at all branches and by phone) are rude and make things unnecessarily difficult. To put it plainly, this bank 'sucks'.

This is my branch! Tried to use others in VB but no, this is the branch to use. The manager is a treasure, always helpful but she does not suffer fools. I had an issue and they resolved with patience and kindness, I was obviously frustrated but the staff and especially the manager showed nothing but understanding and grace. Even when I got upset, I was assured my issue would be resolved and it was, beyond my actual expectations! I have nothing but appreciation and thanks for the services this team provides!
