Nothing against the reps working here but the bank itself sucks. I’ve never had so many issues with a bank in my life. Firstly, I should’ve canceled the account when there was (what it clearly seemed to be internal fraud) incident that happened to my Apple Pay transaction causing my Apple Pay account to be closed. They reps gave me the run around when trying to get documents to confirm what actually happened; sending back and forth through the customer service line and the branch. I want to take a moment to acknowledge Stefanie Barone and her excellent service. I have been an ABNB member for over 10 years and met Stefanie at the Fairfield branch. When she moved locations I moved with her. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist me and my family. She is the ONLY reason I continue to bank with ABNB as her professionalism and expertise is an exception that I have not experienced with most other employees at other branches. Their system lags really bad especially on the weekends. It definitely seems like it’s by design and of a predatory nature. Which makes it difficult to keep an accurate tab on your account especially if you have a family and many expenses to try to keep up with. I have been a member long enough to experience numerous system maintenance shut downs but things never get more accurate as far as what’s available to avoid going into the red. They will only let you slide one time before their only response is sorry about your luck.... read more
