I've been a member here for years, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about what I need which is a breath of fresh air. Especially for a financial institution, I recommend all of my friends and family to join the credit union.
Nothing against the reps working here but the bank itself sucks. I’ve never had so many issues with a bank in my life. Firstly, I should’ve canceled the account when there was (what it clearly seemed to be internal fraud) incident that happened to my Apple Pay transaction causing my Apple Pay account to be closed. They reps gave me the run around when trying to get documents to confirm what actually happened; sending back and forth through the customer service line and the branch.
