Absolutely disappointed after over #20 years trusting this credit union they’ve let me down. I took my kids on spring break and physically went into the credit union to put my debit and credit card on travel status so I didn’t have any issues with my accounts. I had a second credit card that I’ve never used with the credit union. So, they said they would mail me a new card. Apparently, Customer services a thing of the past!! no one wants to do their job and get attitude every time I go to the branch.
Ridiculous credit union, I am unable to change my phone number on my account so I can access my funds. They said I have to go in. Crazy, I guess I'll be switching all my money to NFCU.
