Drive up service is at best SLOW.. Why don't you have a dedicated drive up rep.
ABNB is awful. The wait times are ridiculous. They only have 1 MAYBE 2 people working drive-thru and inside services at the same time. ON PAYDAY! And any other day. I went last week and they turned me away because they didn't have enough money to give me. THIS IS A BANK! I'm seriously considering taking my money to another bank.
I had a fraud issue and went to the branch- Kia was absolutely phenomenal and so accommodating! She resolved my issue and followed up to make sure everything was communicated to me. Major praise to her!
