Very friendly staff! They also have a bilingual service representative, I've never had any issues when coming here as I have been for the last 3 years. 10/10
I don’t want to do this because the staff in the local ABNB Federal Credit Union are great… but overall this is an absolutely terrible bank. Chime is a much better option surprisingly. Me and my grandmother use ABNB. I know because I’ve had to drive her there for multiple problems, which they would help and fix as the people at the local branch are kind and understandable, but the problems continue because as nice as they are ABNB has some predatory practices. Terrible got locked out of my account tried calling corporate got someone in India who I couldn’t understand. Tried resetting password online but unable to, terrible website and no tech support…use a real bank.
After I paid my last loan payment on-time ABNB inaccurately reported my payment 30 days past due to the credit bureau for January 2024. After I disputed the inaccurate information reported from ABNB my credit report was update to 30 days past due to paid/closed. Currently taking legal actions against ABNB.
