I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The young lady who served me (I believe she was called Megan) was extremely helpful and even called on a technician for me to explain what I needed. I gave a five star rating, if I could of given more I would of. Thank you once again.
My Dad took his 3 wheel mobility walk in yesterday and Steve came and helped him get it fixed. He really went above and beyond making sure that the walker was safe and reliable and I can't thank him enough knowing that my Dad is now safe out and about with his walker. The entire staff were friendly and the place has an excellent customer care experience Thank you so much. ( Steve deserves a raise)
We arrived thinking we needed to buy something expensive. They took a lot of time to understand our actual problem, and in the end found a way to help without us buying anything. They easily could have sold us something we wouldn’t need. They are very trustworthy and I highly recommend them, especially if you’re not sure exactly what you need.
I have bought products for my mum from Ableworld a number of times. Today I went in with a missing screw from her walker. The staff, as always, were really friendly and professional. They sorted the problem out in minutes. I find them competively priced and the aftercare second to none. I will definitely remain a customer and would recommend this business.
Outstanding service. Needed a replacement bolt for my father’s walker which was quickly sorted whilst we waited. I recommend Ableworld in Woolston without reservation.
