Good customer service and good priced walker for my elderly mother. Only lost a star because the gent who served us told me I shouldn't put pressure on my mum to buy! My mum's a ditherer and needs encouragement, she is pleased that I 'pressured' her to buy.

A bewildering array of products at very competitive prices, all demonstrated by competent and friendly staff make this a one stop shop for all your needs. Easy parking at the rear along with a level entrance means access is wheelchair friendly. A fantastic range of mobility scooters are offered at prices to suit nearly every budget, which the staff encourage you to try out. They'll even make sure your intended purchase can fit in your car before you part with a penny! Highly recommended.

Went to look at mobility scooter for myself. I fancied a certain sort of scooter but was advised against it . But am happy with the scooter I bought. They were very helpful and knew their stuff . Went to both Newport and Cardiff store !! Merry Christmas to all

They have an amazing range of disability aids. From mobility scooters to walking aids and more. The staff don't apply heavy sales techniques. They leave you to browse. However, they will check that you're buying the right product for your needs. That includes going for a cheaper option. It is all about the customer.
