Unfortunately this company supports retaliation, theft, and illegal practices. Whistleblowers are subjected to mistreatment, retaliation, and public humiliation. There are numerous safety violations that are not addressed and or corrected. Management reaction to any complaint is handled with gang-like force against the complainant. Safety issues and regulations are only dealt with when an inspection is imminent. Bethesda Lutheran Communities is great place to live, if you have special needs. They really care and staff stay a long time.

Why did they build a new 18 million dollar place but is giving nothing to the workers that are losing their jobs? Why are new people getting more than people have been there for years?
