Clearly no one here does their job! Seems to be doors are never locked, resulting in special needs patients roaming around all hours of the night, throwing glass and other objects laying around into surrounding neighbourhood yards, also kicking fence palings in. Oneday my 5 month old nearly got hit by a object thrown over the fence by a patient who got out by a unlocked door.
