Spencer Cohn assisted me in a hearing today with my state for which I had been denied benefits. He looked at the applicable statutes and argued my case very well using the information I gave him surrounding my claim. I have no idea where to start, but I guess the best thing to say is THANK YOU ,Spencer.. I was denied unemployment due to the fact the Div.Of Uneployment said I quit my position.
