We purchased a generator after the recent bush fires in Victoria. The generator unit works great, but the highlight for me was the staff, I had dealings with Perth and Melbourne and everyone was fantastic. I would recommend Able to anyone looking for a generator.
I don’t recommend this poly tanks. Lost my diesel twice. I bought 2 tanks and one tank leaking and Went to repair First time i got back after month and its start leaking after a week again and show them video and i lost diesel all over road. And ask them im nor setisfied they wont refund or replace. They told me i over fill which is i told then i put only 800L as you told me i can put upto 1000L. I have receipt from fuel station. Rang them up for a part, called me back and got it sorted. Fantastic
After a very long power outage we thought it was time for a generator. DJ from Able Power talked us through the ins and outs of the generator we were thinking of purchasing, advising us on what equipment it will and won't take. Delivery was required and DJ sourced an affordable option as the generator was too heavy for even a two-person lift. Overall, we are really satisfied with the service to date and would recommend Able Power as an affordable option for future residential power outages.
I've have had my Able generator for just over two and a half years. I've been extremely happy with it's performance. I recently had a minor starting issue, I called Able Sales in Perth and was put through to an extremely knowledgeable technician. David resolved the problem over the phone! No mechanic needed and no down time. What a great outcome.
