Hardly any spare parts available, they will gladly take an old second hand damaged part from an old machine and sell it to you at full price. Scott - the rudest sales man I have ever encountered. Currently changing my entire fleet of generators from Able now.
This guys are my generators suppliers for more than 4 years, always offering good assistance over the phone and workshop. As mechanical engineer at chemical grout injection I been feeling good support from them. Genies are good quality/price and most of the time they have spare parts. I dropped 2 genies yesterday as they had some issues and today Miles rang me that they’re ready. Less than 24hrs Thanks.
Reasons why I feel like giving this product a five star review - I purchased the Petrol 18CFM piston compressor 7HP 100LT 145PSI about 10 or so months ago, and it hasn't let me down! Pretty good unit to own. I installed it on the back of my work ute in between my 2 toolboxes (as seen in photos) and it fits perfect! Starts up pretty much on the first pull if I'm honest.
