After a power outage we were desperately looking for a generator. We found Able Sales online and were drawn to the fact they had a huge range catering to different peoples needs. I made a call to the guys late and not only did they stay open after closing time, Christian and the boys guided us to choose the best generator not just for our immediate needs but for what we wanted in the future. Fantastic service from Joe and the guys. Needed a part for my old diesel machine I purchased years ago and I got the same great service when I purchased it. Bought a generator that was faulty from the start, a broken wire internally. The over the phone help prior to purchase and all the over the phone help with my problem was what customer service is all about. Bruce tried his best to try to help me fix at home and he certainly knows his stuff but ultimately I had to bring it back to get repaired and your techs on site are awesome. Other businesses could certainly learn a lot from you guys when it comes to service. Will shop here again.
Guys at the Brisbane store were Quick and easy to deal with, very fast on arranging and sending on freight. Item was as described and within specs. Highly recommended
