I’ve been a customer @ Able generators for more than 10 years during that time I’ve had the same 6 Kva diesel unit I use it for backup power for a off grid solar system at Cape Otway I have had to take it to Thomastown once when the generator broke down ( my fault not properly ventilated) so I was not looking forward to the ordeal of doing it again . Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I waited far longer than necessary, only to be treated like my time didn’t matter at all. No clear answers, no accountability, and zero effort to fix the problem. It honestly felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid helping a customer. I will never come back and would strongly advise others to stay away.
