Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping. I waited far longer than necessary, only to be treated like my time didn’t matter at all. No clear answers, no accountability, and zero effort to fix the problem. It honestly felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid helping a customer. I will never come back and would strongly advise others to stay away.
After trying to deal with three other generator companies I finally found someone who you can trust. The customer service and product knowledge is excellent and they answered all of my questions. The generator I bought does the job perfectly. It had a small water leak and the company fixed it under warranty quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with their service. If you want to buy a generator this is the company to go to.
Rob at Able Power was brilliant. Super helpful, went to great lengths to problem solve my water pump issue. And then even attached the old outlet to the new one so it would line up with original plumbing.
