They need to fire a bunch of drivers that comes past the pickup times this is unacceptable and ridiculous and they need to fire 2 lady’s that does dispatch that says as soon as they answer can I have your client id number and doesn’t say their name and always say times that are not available and make me etc late for work school an appointment etc like cut it out

On Friday 1/23/26 Miguel picked my mom and I up for an appointment he was so very nice and helpful came to help me push my mom in her transporter chair to the bus very patientl and kind thank you so much

In this economy. Its a better option than most other rides because for 4 dollars i can get around. Yes they are late. And yes their mostly never on time. But I praise them for being a cheap alternative. I set appointment times for each ride and so far it's going alright. Im giving it 3 stars because it has slightly improved but not a lot!

Yesterday, 12/18/25 I was very frustrated with Able Ride. My pick up and return trips were both very late, but, because the return trip bus driver was so considerate of my disability, I give Able Ride 5 stars (☆☆☆☆☆). The driver was very patient, kind and helpful to me. His thoughtfulness erased all the negative thoughts I had about Able Ride. Thank you.
