able-ride stinks. a friend of mine's ride keep being delayed and i had to wait outside for an hour
Most of the drivers are very professional & friendly!
In part they are good.However I wanted to recertify and I sent out the forms two months before it expires. They never got it.We made copies of everything including the postage of when the mail went out When I called them they were rather arguing with me about my info is not accurate. But I have proof of postage and I even sent it to them but still they said I was the one that waited too long So now I have to wait an additional 21 days for me to use able ride. I don't even know why I will be wasting my time writing this review, since this company don't have anyone in charge worker do anything ,they do what they like,drivers the same dispatchers are the worse , they treat customers as if they are on their back.This service has not and will not get better a big waste of tax payer money . when you complaint no one returns the calls and if they do nothing gets resolved.
THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER USED. THEIR ALWAYS LATE AND NEVER ON TIME OR EARLY! IM FINDING ALTERNATIVES FROM NOW ON! THIS COMPANY FRICKEN SUCKS!
