I had severe shoulder pain from using incorrect form during kickboxing and from poor posture in general. The other physical therapy places I tried were not helping, so I decided to go to Anjali after my mom recommended her. I experienced relief in just the first two sessions. I now have no shoulder pain, feel confident going back to kickboxing, and have lifestyle exercises I can use whenever I need to stay strong and pain free. Thank you so much, Anjali!
