Crooks! Kevin literally would not answer my calls so I could cancel the move which was out of my control. I left repeated messages on his phone and never returned my call. He finally picked up after the allotted time to cancel then answered the phone "yeah?" with a crying baby and water running in the background. Then he just said you didn't cancel in time. He knows he ripped us off. You have been warned.
I gave Kevin a $200 deposit and secured my move date of 06/25/21. No call no show on that date. Prior to making my reservation Kevin told me to have my things packed and ready to go that day, which I did. On the day of my move no word from him. No call. No text. Nothing. He did a no show. Kevin took my money and has completely failed to do his part. I had to contact my bank for a refund of the deposit. Worst service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Not reliable. Able Movers? HA! More like UN-able.
What a life saver. Got movers that never should up and one call to able movers and they came as soon as they could. They will be the first ones I call next time. Will be recommending them to everyone I know. 👍
