Had to wait over 2 hours to be picked up
We used this service twice within a week for my Mother; who had some important Dr appts while staying at a rehab center in Salem. Our driverTom, was especially kind and personable. The staff on the phone was helpful and communicated clearly. My only complaint is the cost but it seems that’s not going to change no matter who you use. We will definitely be using them again as my mother’s poor mobility makes it nearly impossible to transport her by car.
Worst transportation service available do not use if possible they are not better business approved at all. I waited three hours for a pick up. They were supposed to wait 15 minutes. Oh my goodness without bad luck I wouldn’t have any Luck at all
She helped my dad very happy I really likee it
