I have been getting my insurance needs through Able Finance for years and can not rate them highly enough! Any questions or queries I have, Peta answers within half an hour of my sent email and she makes the insurance process very simple, friendly and I feel confident in my decisions! They accommodate my needs and have multiple flexible payment options for my insurances which fits in perfectly to my business structure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Extremely disappointing service, no acknowledgement of receipt when I forward required documents. When I eventually get hold of my broker to ask and update I am then reminded that more documentation are needed and I only found out at that point when I called I needed more documentation. If I did not call I would of never known that more documentation is required. I am already so far into the process and feel that cancelling with this broker will put me back even further.
