Would recommend getting preapproval/ mortgage loan offer through a traditional bank- Better Mortgage/ Quicken Loans/ Rocket Mortgage. Able Financial- will not be close to other banks competitive loan offers and you will be short your time and $56.50 for them to do credit pull just for the estimate.
