Due to an unexpected business trip, I had to arrange coverage to get my elderly, wheelchair-bound mother to and from dialysis for a couple of days. Able Care was able to get me on the schedule with fairly short notice and, technically, did get mom to and from her appointments, so kudos to them for that. However, they were substantially late on pickups (thankfully, the dialysis center was still able to get her treatment completed), offered no explanation on their tardiness, no notification that they were running late, and sti... read more

I had an excellent experience with this medical transportation company. From scheduling to drop-off, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
