I ordered Grated drain. They assured me I would get the one in the website photo. I paid $50 for home delivery. I received the wrong drain and rang them up and I was told sorry, we cannot guarantee what it will look like, when I specifically drove to them to make sure I would get the right product. I also had one missing item. When I rang them up, I said " Would I lie about not receiving an $8 item". His response was "possibly." Terrible service. Wait forever for an order and get spoken to like garbage. Will never deal with them again.
Wouldn’t recommend. After spending $4500 we were promised everything was in stock and would be 5-7days. Not only did we wait over 2 weeks before we received any of our order more then half of it was on back order... could be anywhere between 6-8weeks... I then chose to cancel most of the things so I could find them elsewhere but the one thing we needed as we designed our bathroom around we had to wait for.
