FYI. I have posted the same review on Google but it's worth noting on Birdeye as well. ABIP is a high cost/low quality firm. My original intent was to work with Teresa A. Ferruzzo, CPA, LLC, however in January, 2025 I was informed it would merge with abip CPAs & Advisors. Terri was the principal I worked with going forward. I used ABIP this year after my accountant firm merged with them. My experience was not good. The upload portal was convenient but despite submitting all documents in February, I felt there was a scramble to get my return completed by the April 15th deadline. More disappointing is that the return was filed without waiting for a response from me regarding a bank withdrawal vs. a voucher for payment.
