I have been owed a property tax refund since 10/15/2024. I have called every month since then. Today I happened to be in MA and stopped in the tax office only to hear the same thing I have heard for 6 months, “I forgot to post it”. This is from the tax collector herself! I am disgusted with the lack of attention to detail from this governmental office and strongly encourage them to look at who is in charge of the tax office
