Our mom moved to Abington Court in May. She is on memory care floor. The staff is amazing. The chef is outstanding and remembers what our mom likes and dislikes eating. Very caring person. Sharon was definitely a god send. We were struggling getting our mom from hospital into care. Sharon was with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to help and still does to this day. The PSWs are so very kind and attentive. Thankyou to everyone at Abington Court
"Based on my experience, I found the facility's response to hygiene and maintenance concerns to be disappointing. I personally observed a bed bug on my father’s arm during a visit, and I found the management’s communication regarding this issue and missing items to be inconsistent. While there are some wonderful staff members who provide great care, the overall management of these facility issues has been a significant concern for our family."
Staff is energetic and motivated. Beautiful thing is everyone was smiling and welcoming 😇 its rare nowadays
I would like to express our family's content with our Aunt Veronica's moving into Abington Retirement Home on Main Street East. The transition was made so smooth for us and especially for her. It's only been a month and she has already made new friends by attending the home's activity area (which we were so happy for her wanting to get involved so soon) and she was excited to have won at bingo her first time and never playing the game. I recently visited my Grand father and had a wonderful experience. I met one of the support staff members, Milan, who was very kind, respectful, and professional. He took the time to talk with me and explain how the team focuses on resident care, dignity, and strong elder care ethics.
