Lori is honestly the sweetest person I’ve met since moving here. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and an expert when it comes to skin, but she’s also so personable and really works with you to reach your skin goals. Beware of scheduling here. I live two hours away and took the day off of work for an appointment that was scheduled for at least 2 weeks in advance. They cancelled on me 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
