My first visit and absolutely blown away! Was in a great deal of discomfort from my lower back still being in semi spasm mode from a lower back injury a week ago. Most effective massage for damaged muscles I have had. Noy was very knowledgeable, especially as regards the intensity or sensitivity required in different areas. Have been three times and feeling so much better. They are very professional, friendly, and well worth the cost. Richard
