I arrived at 12:00 noon for a 1:00 pm appointment. Checked in and back up to the dock immediately. Was loaded and on the road by 3:00 pm. No problems...

Very very slow people ! Strict Appt load/unlaod ! Parking staging area if arrived early ! Restroom potta/potty ! If you check in early they will call around appt time
