Amazing place for people needing disability therapy
Nothing but excellence in everything they do, friendly and professional starting from the front desk, day hospital staff, the therapist, managers and volunteers. I took my husband there ( after he suffered a very bad stroke) a year + ago, he was not aware of anything, completely wheelchair bound, non verbal but with the help of Ability KC family , he is now able talk and walking with cane.He is still doing therapy sessions there. Ability KC has become part of our family ❤️🙏
Been coming for over a year now working with many of the different therapist. Started in a wheelchair and now no longer need a cane. That right there speaks for itself on how good a place this is. Everyone is a very caring person. Highly recommend.
Ashley on the PT side does not have the ability to answer questions fully to her patients. She is not available for questions and is not a kind person. We really wanted to like this place but their management needs some customer service training.
