I have been in treatment with Heidi for severe tinnitus for several months now. Heidi is not only professional, but she also demonstrates empathy, which is so important given the distress that tinnitus causes. Beyond the hearing problem itself, she keeps trying to "unknot" the situation by offering a range of solutions. As she suffers from tinnitus herself, I believe she is the best practitioner I could hope for. Thank you, Heidi.
