Staff are always on vacation or non existant. Have called for weeks and left emails to which i have recieved no replies. Not even competent enough to update extensions on website. A joke to try to get results. Should be an audit on time. I dont know how people can be on vacation every other week and seems they all ditch on fridays
0* Ghosted!! Be aware!! This program has a high turnover rate. I’ve been with Abilities Network for over 10 years , it has gone down hill. Loosing a lot of good folk, not listening to their clients, or pairing individuals with compatible staff. I still have now met the new manager. I don’t believe staff work for a combination of pleasure/joy anymore.
