This was probably the best shoe shopping experience I have had. I went on a Saturday morning and it was not busy. I was promptly helped by the guy working there. I told exactly what I liked and didn't like about the last two pairs of shoes I had and that I was just looking for a walking shoe rather than a running shoe. I'm just getting into running and needed a new pair of shoes. I looked at academy sports and called them, and they just didn't seem the best fit. I called Abiliene Running Co. My first time here and it was an enjoyable experience. The cashier, Vanessa was helpful and informative. I didn't know what type of shoes I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect ones! Not a big shop, but it has a nice selection of merchandise. Definitely coming back for my next pair!
Came in with 30 minutes before I had to get to work and they were able to get my gait evaluated and i walked out with the perfect pair of shoes in 10 minutes. Absolutely awesome customer service and i can't wait to run in my new shoes. Their return policy is also awesome because even if my run tomorrow doesnt work I can go in and swap them out. Couldn't be happier.
As soon as I walked into the store I felt welcomed and confident that I will be finding the right running shoe. I’m still pretty new to running and have issues with always finding the right pair of running shoes I feel comfortable in. I ended up walking out with THE perfect shoe! The sales associate there was so helpful and knowledgeable! I will be coming back here again !
