Ciara is an understanding, talented, and fun OT therapist. My five-year-old enjoyed her company right away. She listened to our concerns about potty training and emotional regulation, saw a connection between the two, and makes fun active and quiet activities that are helping my daughter grow. She’s already begun being comfortable discussing the bathroom, starting sitting on the potty, and explained her emotional needs while using tools to regulate them. Thank you, Ciara!

I think every parent should be aware of the situation that is going on at this therapy place. Multiple, multiple therapists are leaving and after overhearing a conversation between 2 employees, the amount is substantial with the chief complaint being management! So many kids will be affected by this as they will have to adapt to new schedules and therapists. What is going on?!?!?

Seriously disappointed. Before wasting your time filling out all of the paperwork, make sure they have openings. And get on the schedule first! I am rating the office staff of ABil-OT. I spent the time to call and follow up. There are with 2 different office staff that work there. It would be easier if one person handled all the calls. I was told they have a brand new location and they were scheduling PT as soon as I got my paper work and insurance in. They did not tell me there was a waitlist for OT nor did they put my son ... read more

Wow my review is for Mrs. Jennifer A. George, Mrs. Jenni is the best therapist my daughter has ever had she is very knowledgeable about the situations involving my daughter . I have seen a major difference in my child’s anxiety attacks since she started sessions with Mrs. Jenni . Mrs Jenni has shown my daughter different ways to handle her panic/ anxiety attacks .she now has graduated from therapy but I will forever be grateful for Mrs Jenni’s support We love Mrs . Abil-ot started off very strong with my kids willing to do what’s needed to meet all their needs with OT and speech therapy. As of late, there has been multiple changes and who sees the twins. And it’s unfortunate that the twins either one or the other either had an illness or something had come up to where they couldn’t attend on Monday and after three weeks of unable to be there consistently, they called and terminated the twins therapy through voicemail, which is very un impactful and very unprofessional The twins can’t h... read more
