we followed our speech therapist , Zoe , to this company almost a year ago and we love this place and her ! Zoe has been working with my son almost 3 years now and she is so patient with him and we just cant say enough great things about her ! he gets so excited to go to therapy and hes been progressing so good and mastering every goal Zoe sets for him . she answers all our questions to the best of her ability and knowledge and if shes not sure she looks into for us to give us a better answer . we couldnt ask for a better sp... read more
We absolutely adore Ms. Madison! She has been incredible with our twins and has become such an important part of their progress. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain things in a way that is helpful and encouraging. Our 3-year-old loves her to pieces too and is always excited to see her! Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed to inquire about speech therapy and the waitlist, yet I’ve received zero response. A simple acknowledgement is the bare minimum for a healthcare provider. It's frustrating to be left in the dark about how patients are even prioritized.
What a disaster this place is as far as scheduling, and insurance. Their communication is terrible. They had a spot for my son and was holding it. I submitted all the forms, they called the insurance to make sure they would take it and even did his intake. Even though my insurance doesn't require referrals they had us get one from his primary care Dr anyway. After jumping through hoop after hoop and weeks and weeks of waiting to actually start the needed therapy, I get a phone call the day before the appointment only to be t... read more
