Overall, in the lead-up to the wedding and the wedding day itself, Abby and Andy were spectacular. However, our wedding was on 10/24/21 and, as of 3/20/2023, we have yet to receive our album and canvas. It has been impossible to contact them about it. All voicemails, texts, and emails related to our wedding shoot have gone without a response. It took 4 months just to get online access to the photos. Honestly don’t be fooled not only did she take my money and not do a complete job that I paid for she claimed their was nothing she could do to resolve the issue and it was out of her hands ! How if she is the sole business owner not only was my book. Great Boudoir experience with Abi. Hands down the best shoot I’ve ever done. She made the whole experience amazing and the pictures were gold!
Horrible communication skills!!!! My wife had maternity photos taken November 13, we were told that we would get pictures in a few weeks, almost 6 weeks later nothing! How many phone calls do I need to make before I get a phone call back??? So far I called 11 times with no returns and left 4 voicemails. Emails, text messages, and social media messages with no responses. My wife is due any day and have no time to get someone else to retake pictures! So I had a pleasant experience during my shoot itself HOWEVER the communication is next to none and when paying the type of money associated with private shoots I expect decent service all the way around maybe hiring someone for communication is the next step to expanding the brand! Just a suggestion
