Had my first 60 min massage today with Abby, AHMAZING experience all around! She listened to my concerns, explained her techniques, asked about pressure to ensure I was comfortable but did not wreck the relaxing aspect of the massage but asking too often or talking too much. I need to talk in the beginning to get comfortable & she conversed during that picking up on when I was shutting down into relaxation mode. I had an excruciating pinched nerve in my neck causing so much pain, and numbness in my hand. I have been working with Abby to work on my neck and shoulders to help relieve the tension. I can say that out of all the other treatments I had been receiving for this issue (steroid shots, prescription meds, ice, heat, chiropractor, etc) Abby's massage has given me the most relief.
