'Unethical owner - not honouring an order placed on goods coming into stock - he filled his 'preferred' customers' orders placed after mine & gave them the new stock - instead, sending me grotty and damaged stock that he already had in hand and was not selling as new. Sourcing beautiful products for a Hamptons farmhouse project from Abide interiors was a breeze. They were helpful and professional to deal with and when there was a slight defect issue they were responsive and quick to resolve this.
