Friendly helpful staff. They were efficient and the quality of furniture was amazing
Abide Interiors are exclusive to Freedom Furniture and I purchased my buffet from them. I would expect actual product quality when spending $4,000 on a buffet, but alas I did not. The four handles on the buffet on arrival during unpacking were all tarnished due to the quality and cheapness of the metal - all the gold was flaking off. I rung the store straight away who told me they would not be able to help me because I purchased through Freedom. I had a truely excellent experience with Abide Interiors. Rudi and the whole team were wonderful - helpful, responsive and super friendly. They have a beautiful range of furniture in an gorgeous showroom, and after searching far and wide on the internet, I was truely stoked to find them - a company offering high quality furniture and excellent customer service in my own backyard. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy of new furniture that we had waited weeks for. From our experience please make sure that you pay for freight through paypal etc as in our case the courier suppled to us ( by Abide Interiors) was not a fit as they did not deliver on discussed times & we were not a priority customer. And then even though I warned both parties that we had a large weather event coming & only we only had a week of opportunity to deliver.
