Their team is highly responsive whenever questions come up, and when a shipping scenario is more complex and challenging, they simply take care of everything and make it super easy on our end. Failed to deliver after being paid to deliver. Did not reach out by text as instructed. Shipped item back to sender instead. Unreliable, horrible communication, do not recommend!
I was expecting a delivery of very heavy, awkwardly packaged materials today. They arrived right on time and Bob (my delivery person) couldn’t have been more helpful. Many thanks
