Can never get anyone on the phone. Phone rang & sat on hold (two separate occasions) for nearly 30minutes just to find out about a delivery. CSR could not help. Tracking continuously shows "out for delivery" or "delivering tomorrow", yet when tracking is checked again the next day, the date is pushed out again to the day after. No traceability, which is evidently allowing them to do what they want and delivery when they want.
