This review is to highlight one of the delivery drivers! His name is Justin and he was so kind and accommodating with my delivery today! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
Would be 0 if available. Poor and NO communication on their part! Wasted an entire day waiting for a pick up. No one called to reschedule. I had to called at 5pm to check and they responded with no concern, "yeah, we don't call for pick ups, it will probablybe tomorrow" so now I have a few thousand $$$ of items in the rain I can't move out because of weight and strapped on a pallet waiting for them to pick up.

So I made a high-dollar purchase a while back and along with that came a $1,200 shipping fee. Which included delivering to my doorstep. Over a week ago I was messaged that my shipment would arrive and it was being delivered on a Friday. Well needless to say Friday came and upon inspecting my equipment. To my surprise I received somebody's household goods. These items were supposed to be shipped to someone in Roanoke Virginia. This company's answer was they don't know how this happened.
