Called to ask about parking locations, agent was very rude on the call when the call was redirected back to her. Explained to the agent that ABF Freight & U-Pack is listed on google maps as open not closed and I was unaware the company was the same. She kept informing me that it is and I should of check the website but in condescending way. I understand people have bad days but was not excepting this when her own colleagues redirected the call.
