At 3:35 pm when I went: to pick up a pallet that they sent me from California; I arrived at 3:35 pm inside the office and I was attended by a white American woman with a full body and glasses and when I arrived she gave me a terrible attitude! Not a good experience at all. It’s been over two weeks and our pallets are still lost.
ABF park you truck properly before you go down and check-in to the office, do not block the entrance and waiting to process your paperworks more space in the parking lot. Common sense simple as that.
