Avoid at all costs. I was double-charged for my move, and customer service stopped responding to my calls after my pod was picked up for my move. I picked up my items to find my property damaged--tried customer service again and they did not answer the phone. Now, two months after my move, a Marion is leaving me harassive voicemails telling me that I still have past-due charges (even though they double-charged me in the first place from what was quoted). Use literally anybody else, these are scammers.
Hello 👋! On this date it is November 26, 2024. At 3:35 pm when I went: to pick up a pallet that they sent me from California; I arrived at 3:35 pm inside the office and I was attended by a white American woman with a full body and glasses and when I arrived she gave me a terrible attitude! She told me that everyone was in luch and that she had to wait 1 hour .. but with a few words like a mandate and angry! Not a good experience at all. It’s been over two weeks and our pallets are still lost.
ABF park you truck properly before you go down and check-in to the office, do not block the entrance and waiting to process your paperworks more space in the parking lot. Common sense simple as that.
