Nick is awesome and has unparalleled customer service! I had a trailer delivery scheduled via UPack with ABF Freight in Duncan/Greer. Both UPack and the Duncan/Greer locations were closed the day after a holiday (my scheduled delivery date) and no one notified me that my trailer would not be delivered. This issue had nothing to do with ABF Freight in Anderson, but I was able to get Nick on the line (as I scrambled trying to call any number I found for either company).
