Called to schedule delivery and never showed. I had to call to find out what was going on and wait two extra days because they only deliver 2 days a week. To add insult to injury I was charged hundreds of dollars for services not rendered and then they refused to refund the difference. Last time you get a penny from me and my people. There is a note on all my freight accounts to not use ABF.
The greatest hidden secret.
Driver shines spot light in truck at night while driving on 75 south in Kennesaw GA blinding me. I Called the safety department and sent them my dash cam video and told them I would like a call back and haven’t heard back from no one. When I called all they said was that they would forward to terminal manager. Very unprofessional driver and company doesn’t seem to care either because it’s very dangerous I could of lost control and hurt people
