ABF (ArcBest) is the worst LTL carrier out there, Prices are cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. Pick ups are never on time, often 3-4 days late and they treat your cargo like garbage. Pay a few bucks more and go with anyone but ABF.
Let's just keep rescheduling and not call to let me know the truck isn't going to be here on the scheduled days. 3rd time is the charm..
Quick and friendly customer service! Angel the office rep and our delivery driver were both very courteous and efficient. Great service overall.
Delivery had to be rescheduled a couple times but I understand the circumstances. Big thanks to Jeff Dodge the delivery driver who ended up getting it done! He is a skilled driver and was very nice during the delivery process.
As a driver/dock worker, I can attest that It's a great place to work with good pay and benefits. Everyone works hard and keeps to high standards in order to get freight where it's intended, without damages. It's a safe environment. Our customers are number 1 to us.
