I had a bad experience at this tax service company. This place was recommend by a former coworker in 2013. I was not satisfied in my first visit. My appointment was mixed up, my preparer Susan was NOT pleasant. There was no privacy when discussing my personal financial info. I went a 2nd time and it was worst.
