Terrible and racist customer service. They don’t deserve one star. Hermosa should not allow this place to operate as they reflect poorly on the city of Hermosa. When I walked in the store, his demeanor immediately changed. Came in to buy a simple lottery quick pick, and the store clerk raised his voice aggressively saying give me the money first. He would not even print the ticket unless he had the money in hand first. No reputable store does this. CA lottery should revoke their ability to sell. Don’t spend your money here. ... read more
