Thankyou so much to the man that helped me with my phone. I stupidly dropped my phone the day before i was going to London to catch a flight. It wouldn’t turn back on and had all my flight info/ passwords everything on. Despite trying his best, the man who helped me couldn’t get my phone to work but called a friend he knew in cardiff that would be able to fix my phone.
