After a couple of Bowen treatments with Fiona, I experienced releasing some emotional trauma that has been lingering for decades. I was also able to release unconscious tension/old patterns in several areas of the body. Fiona is highly skilled, intuitive and it is clear that this is more than just a job for her. I have tried most things to help with my sciatica but nothing helped, it was suggested that I try Bowen treatment. I had 4 sessions and now only need a top up as and when. Last top up I had was 6 months ago. I totally recommend the Urban Hub. Everyone is so friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely give Bowen a try, don’t expect to understand it as I still don’t but all I know , it works 😀.Â
